Processing Time All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.
Pre-Orders If you purchased a pre-order item, please note: Pre-orders take 7–12 days to be produced and prepared for shipment. This time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Order Updates You will receive a tracking number by email or text as soon as your order ships. If your order has a pre-order item, tracking will be sent once production is complete.
